I run smaller sized groups to allow for community building and deeper skill building. If the group is sold out but you are still interested, please fill out this form in order to be put on a waitlist and/or if there is enough interest, I may be able to run a second group. I am passionate about reaching as many kids in our community so please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate you.
We continue to see youth mental health decline both nationwide and in our local community. The statistics on youth depression, suicide and other problems highlight the urgent need to help and support our kids. As a school counselor, I am passionate about providing real solutions to help students build resiliency and to acquire the skills necessary to navigate their complex social and world climates. In our current system, we too often wait until children are already struggling before giving them the necessary tools to cope. This couldn't be more important in our community that continues to weather local trauma and loss during a global pandemic.
If this class is sold out, please fill out this form and I will be in contact soon to let you know of additional opportunities.
